Product Returns

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract by returning the purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date you took physical possession of them (either personally or through another designated individual, other than the carrier), without providing any reason and without incurring penalties.


Conditions for Returned Products

It is recommended that returned products be in the same condition as when purchased or delivered, meaning:

  • The product should have intact original labels, the original warranty certificate (if issued by the manufacturer/distributor), and all accompanying documents.

  • It must include all components and accessories, such as user manuals and warranty certificates.

  • The product must be returned safely packaged, preferably in the original packaging, to prevent damage during handling or transport.


Products That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sealed products that are unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, regardless of whether they were used.

  • Products that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

  • Products showing physical damage, impacts, scratches, electrical or mechanical shocks, signs of excessive use, unauthorized repairs, or missing accessories.

  • If multiple identical products were purchased, only one unsealed unit may be returned.

  • Cosmetic, cleaning, or personal care products that have been used, unsealed, or tested, due to health and hygiene reasons. These products may only be returned in their original, unopened package received from the courier.


Devaluation of Returned Products

Please note that you are responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

If a product is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold as new (e.g. opened packaging, signs of use, missing accessories, damage), we reserve the right to:

  • Deduct a refurbishing/restocking fee,

  • Or charge the difference between the initial price and resale price as an open-box item,

  • Or, if requested by the customer, return the product back to the customer (in this case, shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility).

During the trial period, you may test and inspect the product only to the extent allowed in a physical store.

You are only liable for value loss if the product has been used or handled beyond necessary inspection.

Accessories (manuals, cables, etc.) are considered part of the product and must be returned in full, in undamaged packaging, protected with plastic stretch wrap, and with all components included.

Products returned with visible signs of use or damage (stains, scratches, dents, cracks, impacts, etc.) will not be accepted.


Return Process

Before returning a product, please notify us of your intention by sending a clear request via email to:

In the event of a contract withdrawal, CarHero will refund the value of the returned product (excluding return shipping costs) within 14 calendar days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, so please include your IBAN account number in your return request.

The customer is responsible for all return-related shipping costs.
